School was good. Nothing too exciting.
An hour after I got home from school, I went and babysat again ( for the family with the nine kids). I only had four of the kids this time though, because the other five went to see The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe.
And, no, I didn't have to make PB&J again. lol I made ham sandwiches, which were much easier. lol
A lot of times, the four year old girl asks me to French Braid her hair, so tonight I offered to. She was in a swing, which faces their arcadia door ( The kind that is tinted, and you can see your reflection in it). She looked at me and said " Ummm.... No, I think I'll just keep my hair the way it is." And looking at her reflection in the arcadia door, she finished with " It looks so beautiful right now anyways." I couldn't help laughing! I told her that it looked gorgeous, and continued to push her in the swing. It was so cute!
I also had one of my stupid moments, or actually ten seconds of a stupid moment ( yes, it was only 10, I know what you are all thinking lol). I put a plastic plate in the microwave, only for ten seconds, but that was enough to cause the plate to crack down the middle, top and bottom. As I pulled it out of the microwave and examined the damage, the five year old girl, said " Oh ya, we aren't supposed to put those in the microwave." I said " Oh thanks, I figured that out though." The next oldest boy looked at me and said " It says it at the bottom." I laughed, thanked them for reminding me, and apologized for not reading the bottom of the plate.
They are so cute!
